The Tour De France is a tough bicycle race that requires a solid foundation…….it is impossible to succeed in this race without the necessary preparation. Online MLM is similar; success demands that you have superior home based business education.

The Tour De France is an annual cycling race, held in France and its neighboring countries, and spans very large distances.

Fortitude, Skillfulness and Diligence Guarantees Your Success

The race itself lasts three weeks, with just 2 days to rest, and a not-so-comfortable bike seat to deal with. Now, anyone who has actually participated in the Tour will most likely know the skill set, stamina and persistence required to be a success. If I had to enter the Tour De France, with the level of cycling preparation I have (none at all), I would not succeed.

How does this compare with Your Home Business

Have you ever considered what it takes to build your MLM Business online? Have you ever wondered what business tools and strategies you need to thrive at this assignment?

When I began with my Home business, there were some bits of advice that were flying about from my sponsor. I did not like this advice too much. All I heard was advice about building my MLM business the Old School way; the list of 100 friends and family members, the 3 foot rule, the cold calling, and just literally stuffing my business opportunity down other people’s throats.

They said this was a learning process I had to go through.

I was told I had to bear this part of my business building process, and then good things would come my way. This was the needed training I required to enable me to endure and find success in my home business……At least that’s what I heard from my upline. Simple and straight to the point; but it didn’t produce any results for me.

Traditional Network Marketing Works……But Not For Me

After many trials, and feeling like I was not producing positive results (basically feeling foolish), I knew that this would definitely not work for me. I had other ideas; I wanted to tap into the largest resource for generating network marketing leads……the Internet. But I didn’t have a clue where to start.

This gave me inspiration and was something that could definitely get me out of bed eagerly. And this is where it began to feel like that cycling race.

I knew exactly what I wanted, but I did not know HOW I was going to achieve it. I had an idea what was involved, but I didn’t know the precise strategy I should be implementing to achieve my success. Either way, there was going to be a learning curve.

With the bike race, you have to go through the grueling race stages, get to know the routes and come up with strategies that work for you on each of the stages. You will need to to master the skill and perseverence required to enable you to become a master cyclist.

I’m sure when Lance Armstrong began training for his first Tour, he wasn’t completely comfortable doing it. But after 7 successive yellow jerseys, He probably was more than comfortable on each and every stage of the Tour.

The way he got to that stage of comfort, was by demanding preparation. Training which geared him for the race ahead. Training that shaped him and gave him strategies to use for each of the stages of the Tour. Training that definitely was not fun or comfortable at times, but was nonetheless vital. Training that ultimately gave him confidence to be successful, and the belief that he could win it all.

For each of the stages of the Tour De France, Lance probably had to decide when to ride slow, when to pace up, or when to keep with everyone. He definitely raced each of the stages in a different manner. To the average observer, it makes sense to just rush through the entire race.

What carried him through though, were his skills, endurance and diligence. These qualities, he acquired from the training he received.

An Ideal MLM Education For My Goal

When I got started with network marketing online, I had an indication of what I wanted to achieve. All the guarantees and potential within this industry instilled in me optimism and craving for success. What I did not have though, was the essential online network marketing education to get me where I wanted to go.

Just a search on network marketing will reveal so many results. There is just so much information online. One can easily get lost in the sea of resources and information.

Now, if I can easily get lost just searching for a simple online home based business blueprint, how would I be able to maintain my potential prospects’ attention and satisfy them with all the information they needed.

How would I be able to build my business without knowing where to start, where to go next, and what to do?

Then there was the multitude of marketing outlets to consider. There was YouTube, FaceBook, Twitter and so many more websites and services. I had to have a representation there, and still maintain my sanity somehow. After all, that is where the majority of internet users spend their time.

The fact that my Network Marketing business opportunity would not allow me to use their name in advertising on the internet was also a major drawback. How could I market my mlm business online when I could not even use my company name?

I knew what I wanted to achieve, but I definitely did not know HOW I was going to achieve this. I did not have the skill, the diligence, and the endurance to start building my home business online and keep at it.

More Problems, More Frustrations

Frustration was not far behind. But these many stages of my ‘Tour De Network Marketing’ required some serious knowledge, a rock-solid and proven step-by-step guide, and some hard work on my part. After all, I want that proverbial ‘yellow jersey’. But I desperately needed a guide.

Thankfully, these tribulations I faced motivated me to look for solutions, instead of throwing my hands in the air and calling it quits. I came across a Home Business lead generation training course that helped me piece everything together.

Internet Home Business Problems and The Solutions I Discovered

The solutions to my troubles were found in MLM Traffic Formula 2.0 course. If you do not know about this training course, it is a valuable marketing step-by-step guide for growing your home business utilizing the power of the internet.

Mike’s first traffic formula training was launched in 2005/2006. I was not a part of that course, but I do know that the internet landscape has evolved dramatically since then. Mike Dillard’s MLM Traffic Formula 2 takes into consideration these changes in technology, as well as the rise in popularity of video sites, as well as social networking sites.

As I mentioned, I had some indication of what I wanted to achieve, and some idea of the components involved in the whole puzzle. However, until I got hold of the MLM Traffic Formula 2.0 training course, I was going nowhere. I definitely did not know how to put everything together.

A mlm training course I grew to love

Maybe the greatest lesson I got from this training, is that a MLM business is not a real business. We as distributors are simply overvalued sales persons. We do not own ANYTHING at all! Think about that, and think about what certifies your security in Your Home Business.

Only YOU can assure your success and your security

Mike Dillard’s MLM Traffic Formula 2 educated me about the “YOU Inc” business model in great depth; a business model based on selling “ME” by creating a magnetic presence on the internet.

If I had ever sought a definite way to build a real long-lasting residual income in MLM, by creating a real business with a real asset, then this is where my searching stopped. I found precisely what I required.

This represented a complete shift in mindset, and it was so invigorating when I realised that I didn’t have to worry about so many other things, and could concentrate my focus within my network marketing business.

The Appropriate Internet Home Business Blueprint

Mike Dillard’s course gave me a clear blueprint to follow to put all the pieces together, so that it all makes sense. Not only that, but it showed me how to do all things effortlessly and efficiently, so my time was concentrated on the activities that actually bring me money.

There are so many other Home Based Business training courses out there that pledge to deliver excellent content. I have not taken a lot of these training courses, so I will not compare any of them with MLM Traffic Formula training. However, based on what you probably know about Mike Dillard and all of his training programs, he delivers quality and value.

MLM Traffic Formula 2.0 is no different.

This training is conducted by an impressive group of teachers, who are themselves industry leaders in their respective fields, and who possess some of the best minds in the Home Business arena.

If Wayne Gretzky could give me hockey lessons or I could take basketball coaching from Michael Jordan, I would take them without hesitation. By the same token, it was a given to take Online MLM coaching from the best in the industry.

Some of the trainers teaching the subjects in Traffic Formula include Mike Dillard himself, Tim Erway, Ferny Ceballos, Brian Fanale and Raymond Fong.

MLM Traffic Formula 2.0

The training itself is not dependent on time in my opinion. Each module has separate accompanying resource documents; the resources will come and go, but the concepts taught will remain.

All the modules covered in the course are packed full of invaluable and readily usable information. However, in my opinion, the most valuable of those modules covered “Market Research” and “How to Sponsor Reps into your business”.

One of the first few modules deals with Market Research, and this in itself is solid gold. This is one thing most Home Business owners do not do very effectively, or just don’t do right. Personally, I would have never thought about doing proper Market Research or known how to do it had I not come across this course. If you do not conduct proper market research, your efforts online are likely to fail.

With the ever-increasing marketing channels available online, have you ever wondered how to get things done in an efficient manner? Well, I certainly did wonder.

After I wondered, I went through the training. After going through the course……….well, I can say I have gained familiarity of how to effortlessly combine some of the most powerful marketing sites and services in the world (FaceBook, Twitter, YouTube and blogs for example), in a fluid way.

The end of the training course covers a favourite subject of mine…..the subject of sponsoring distributors into your primary MLM business opportunity. This subject is covered in an exceptional and easy-to-understand manner and this one topic can be a sold-out pay-per-view webinar on its own. I would have NEVER learnt any of the recruiting techniques covered here. I certainly had quite a lot of aha! Moments.

Is this comprehensive solution that teaches every aspect of building a network marketing business leveraging the internet? It certainly has taught me a whole lot, and has done so comprehensively. It takes you by the hand on what you need to do, how you must do things, and why you must do things.

Will MLM Traffic Formula 2 show me skills I can use immediately without purchasing any other courses right away? I think so. But then again, that will depend entirely on the individual in whose hands MLM Traffic Formula course winds up.

Traffic Formula course modules are full of valuable, easily understood content, and I continually reference the training, and pluck something new out of the training modules every time.

If I hadn’t used MLM Traffic Formula 2, I most likely would still be trying to put things together, and at the same time spending a lot of money and/or time trying to do the wrong things. The next best thing would have been to give up Online Network Marketing, go back to the 3-foot rule, and start believing only Lance Armstrong is destined for the Tour De France.

After learning this training, I know exactly what to do now, and these skills will be of use for a long time.

What I gained from this course was know-how, motivation and the desire and conviction that I can and will be successful. I now have an actionable step-by-step plan to develop an online attraction marketing system.

Mike Dillard’s Traffic Formula 2.0….Is This For All Home Business Owners

If you are interested in learning about building a real Network Marketing business, using the internet for your lead generation and sales, then Mike Dillard’s MLM Traffic Formula 2.0 is a must.

If your intention is to learn more about the 3-foot rule, hassling family, friends, acquaintances and complete strangers, then this training is NOT for you.

If you’re a knowledge junkie, who’s just going to sit on this course, then it’s definitely not for you either. When I started out, I sat on this course, but I’m glad I got off my behind!

Traffic Formula 1.0 created the likes of Jim Yaghi, Jonathan Budd, Brian Fanale, Daegan Smith, and many others. Time will tell who Traffic Formula 2 will produce.

Mike Dillard’s MLM Traffic Formula 2…..it evens out the arena.

Why we Need to Develop Mountain Biking Trails in Thailand

The potential for MTB in Thailand is endless. Bangkok itself and the surrounding provinces like Nonthaburi, Suphanburi and Ayutthaya are ultra flat but travel just a couple of hours in any direction and the mountainous terrain is amazing. Unfortunately for most Bangkokians don’t even know what all mountain or downhill mountain biking is all about and although I don’t want to knock XC MTBers the locals spend most of their biking time riding on flat boring dirt roads traveling as slow as possible and stopping now and again to point at and pick fruit from trees.

As well as these flat dirt roaders there are others that think mountain biking means riding a mountain bike on tarmac roads dressed in their best Sunday spandex with racing slicks on their 24,000 baht Mavic Crossmax, when it would be fair to say that that’s road biking and you can use a sports cycle with rigid forks for that.

Chiang Mai in the north of Thailand is the established Mecca of downhill mountain biking. With a handful of downhill and all mountain trails, great trails but still none of which are of a world-class standard. The hype for most mountain bikers who travel to Chiang Mai to have a go at the trails there is simply to say that they had a go at the sport in a country warm enough to call it jungle single track.

With tourism at a 49 years low in the kingdom it would be great to see the MTB Tour companies who operate in Chiang Mai and its surrounding areas investing more time developing tracks and promoting the sport more with XC and downhill races and maybe some even some 4x and slope style competitions.

The 2007 Asean Downhill competition was held near Lam Tha Khong Dam on the outskirts of Khao Yai National Park in Nakhon Rachasima Province which gave mountain bikers in Central Thailand some hope that the sport had reached a new level and more trails would be built but after a visit to the site where the event was held just a few months after the trail had gone back to being an unused overgrown path and the locals had forgotten all about it.

There is some great potential for mountain biking trails in Central Thailand too but the locals and expats who live there don’t seem to get the time or feel the need to go out and build more trails just keep riding the same old trails at Khao I-to in Prachinburi and Tamp Pra Toon in Chonburi. Again, these are two great trails to get your teeth into but become boring for the people who ride them all the time and are quite difficult for those who are just getting into the sport with their awkward and steep uphill sections being very punishing in the hotter months.

What mountain bikers in Thailand would like to see is more purpose built trails developed in the area. Locations such as Kanchanaburi, Phetchaburi and Khao Yai would be perfect locations for mountain bikers in the country to get together and develop some world-class trails with manageable uphill sections and great downhill sections to cater for all MTB disciplines.

M.T.
Serious about cycling? Then you must pay attention to the little details – like having a good pair of cycling gloves. Why are cycling gloves so important? Here are five reasons.

Reason 1: Protect from sunlight.

Reason 2: More energy efficient.

Reason 3: Higher level of comfort.

Reason 4: Prevent slipping.

Reason 5: Cushion impact when the bike crashes.

Reason 1: Protect from sunlight.

For those who ride frequently in the hot sun, a good pair of gloves is a must. The gloves protect the skin on the hands from over exposure to the sun, which can damage the skin. If you ride regularly for training or commuting purposes, do wear a pair of gloves to protect the skin on your hands.

Reason 2: More energy efficient.

It has been proven that a good pair of cycling gloves can lead to a more efficient ride. The gloves help you to hold on to the handle bars, so you don’t have to expend extra energy during the ride. Over long distances, gloves have the greatest impact on your overall speed. Good cycling gloves also help to regulate the temperature of your hands.

Reason 3: Higher level of comfort.

There is no debate – riding with gloves is definitely more comfortable than riding without gloves. The gloves shield the harsh environment elements like wind, dust and sun and provides a better grip. The grip is very important, as you shall see why.

Reason 4: Prevent slipping.

This is about safety, so there should be no compromise. Some riders have sweaty palms. Their hands tend to become very wet after a short ride. For these people, gloves are mandatory for their own safety. But even for the average rider, sweat can roll from the fore arms down to the hands, which can cause the same problems. Wet hands mean that you can’t grab the handlebars or brakes in a proper manner, and that can be dangerous.

Reason 5: Cushion impact when the bike crashes.

When a bike crashes, the hands are usually used to slow down the momentum of the body. That means sacrificing the skin if you are not wearing gloves. The hands will become covered with blood if you happen to hit the asphalt. Cycling gloves come with light padding. The padding isn’t really there to cushion impact when a bike crashes. It’s primary function is to provide comfort. However, few riders fail to realize this side benefit.

Usually, when a bike crashes, the rider goes down really hard. Think of the gloves as an added layer of skin. With the gloves on, this added layer will be destroyed first when the crash occurs. This usually leads to just slight bruises on the hands.

It doesn’t matter if you are a leisure rider, an amateur rider, or a pro rider. Riding without gloves would be complacent for it compromises your own safety. Ride safe with good cycling gloves!

Cycling is your passion. You’ve reached the point where you want to get to the next level in cycling, and can afford the same equipment that the top professionals use. How many bikes do you need, and what should you get? When we look at the pros who could get whatever they want, we find that they use a small number of bikes with different roles. Here are the roles I find that work best for them, and I then apply this model to cyclists who wish to have the best:

1. Road bike with powermeter.

This is the primary “everyday” bicycle. Almost all of the top racing cyclists and a growing number of active recreational riders use power meters. I recommend either an SRM or a PowerTap to compliment a sturdy road bike. I specify a stiff yet comfortable frame with Campagnolo Record or Chorus components (unless the client insists on Shimano, but that is another story!), and a set of light but sturdy wheels like the Reynolds Alta Race or Spinergy Xero Lite. I develop the road “fit” model to work around this bike, as most of the time will be spent on it to improve form and technique. Triathletes will also spend most of their time on this bike, learning to ride fast and improving handling skills by riding safely in groups with the faster riders.

2. Light road bike for climbing, Spare bike when primary bike is in maintenance, and for “Mental Health” rides.

The climbing bike is a very efficient, lightweight machine which has a geometry similar to the primary bike, but with lighter components, and no powermeter. When training using power, it is easy to get focused on the numbers and to lose much of the sensory input we get from a “pure” bike ride. I like to advise that one bike has no more than a minimal computer, Garmin Edge, or even nothing at all, so one can either race by feel, or ride for the sake of riding. Many times the light bike comes out for recovery rides, for fun group rides, and for aggressive group rides in the hills. I also find that many people like to put more exotic components on the climbing bikes, which have less use and can thus have more “delicate” components.

3. Time trial bike.

This bike is only necessary for triathletes, and for people who want to do time trials. I do not recommend this as the “only” bike, as riding time trial bicycles in fast groups is strongly discouraged. These bikes do not handle as well, and if one is in the aero bars, one cannot safely take part in an echelon. Team time trials are different, of course, and training for them can and should be done on this bike. I believe that if one can ride fast, straight and smooth on a road bike, that transitioning to the time trial bike is easy, and can be done effectively and safely.

4. Travel case or Travel bike.

There are pros and cons for each. It is really nice to travel and ride. Using a case allows one to use his bike and go anywhere. Using a break-apart bike, one can have a “titanium copy” of their custom road bike, in a durable format with a small travel case that is under the airline maximums. This is great for international travel and for situations where a large case is not possible because of small cars, etc.

5. Track bike, with a road fork and a front brake.

This is definitely not for everyone, but is a tremendous training tool. One can get an unbelievable workout in a short period of time and can develop hyper bike handling skills with a bike like this.

To sum up, I feel that an individual who wants to “do it right”, can benefit greatly from a few great bikes with the following parameters:

A fully defined Precision Laser Fitting. An educated and informed plan to specify frame and components. These bikes last a long time, so planning here maximizes enjoyment and makes the investment the most cost-effective. A plan for improving riding skills, training, and goals for improvement so these tools can be utilized to improve the rider’s cycling lifestyle. I follow the saying that was overheard in an Indy 500 team garage: “The best we can get is barely adequate!”
