Important Anabolic Steroid Cycle Advice About Nolvadex

Alright Mick,

Could do with some advice if poss – I’m taking 5 ius of growth a day and 1ml of winnie every other day. Do I need tamoxifen at 20mg a day with this or not ?

Any help would be much appreciated,

Alex.

Hi Alex,

Nolvadex? Not really needed mate. OK I know I am pro-nolvadex but there is not much in that cycle to be giving you concern re gyna. Having said that I always like to have that safety factor in place and to be honest adding 20mg every third day for instance would not harm anything and at least YOU know its there just in case. You see some people can develop gyna on the smallest amount of gear and it is for this reason alone that I see no harm in putting these safety factors in place even if the risk seems so small.

There are those that would even refuse to take nolvadex as an example of a safe factor in ANY case of steroid therapy and even preach to others to do the same which is wrong when they have no concern should the other party be stricken with the dreaded “Bitch Tits”.

My opinion on nolvadex is inexorable and it is because of that stance I can remain confident and fully knowledgeable in the fact that students that I teach are safe from the problem.

This I know.

Train hard and be strong,

Mick Hart.

Hi mick

I recently purchased your steroid book on the net and I must say its explained a lot to me about gear so thank you. My situation is as follows:-

My wife wants to start a family and I have tested my sperm count and was told it was very low – ( I have took gear in the past). I\’m carrying way too much body fat which is making me depressed and low, my clothes don\’t fit and even in the summer I wear thick clothes cuz I feel I look fat especially around the midsection. I weigh 18st at 6ft 1\” but do have a lot of muscle just too much fat!

I intend to take the following cycle for 10 weeks and would really appreciate your opinion and advice before I start.

2ml trenbolone acetate p/week – split into 2x 1ml shots Monday and Thursday

2ml test proprionate p/week – same as above

30mg winstol tabs per day

2iu growth hormone every other day

100mg clomid throughout the cycle to keep my sperm count high

Please please advise me with regards to the effect it may have on my sperm count as starting a family is priority at present.

I look forward to hearing from you asap.

Thanks again, John khan.

Hi John,

First of all I would say that your extra body weight or rather the Overweight factors of your size is more of a problems to your chances of baby making than the gear. Definitely.

However, I would stress that if your fat levels are as high as you say (and I am assuming) then I would suggest NO steroid therapy for at least 3-4 months opting for a deliberate and dedicated attempt at dropping the bw down BEFORE you use such gears mate; even tho some of the gears are fast acting you could still have problems if your diet goes tits up so far through.

Again i suggest a \”time out\” on the gear for a while, drop the body weight down as far as you can then you will see the sperm count grow I am sure of that. This has happened so man times in the past.

Remember you don\’t HAVE to use the gear every time – its good to train without 75% of the time otherwise gear just becomes a part of something that gets used to it all of the time.

Train hard, be strong and have a great weekend [[firstname]]

\”I can\’t believe you haven\’t bought my Layman\’s guides yet – LOL\”

A Life Cycle Complete, Saying Goodbye

In the domestication of animals and the taking of them into our lives, our homes, and our hearts, we take on the responsibility of meeting their daily needs. When we ask them to be part of our lives, they try their best to understand us and integrate. In this process, animals gave away complete reliance on themselves, and gained restrictions. They no longer roam or forage for food, Some animals spending their lives primarily in a stall, kennel, or cage. What we ask of our companions, often, but not always, is done for our convenience. They are the ones who have to fit into our world, to what we think is necessary. Animal companions who live in loving, caring homes, and whose essence is honored, still give something up. Chris, an Appaloosa mare, became my companion in the fall of 1987. She gained and lost in coming to my home. We found a balance and navigated the road of our relationship. We grew to become each others companion. On the morning of December 18, 2002 I said goodbye to my mare Chris. I awoke to hearing her thrashing. My heart froze. Chris was 28 with Cushing’s disease. The time we had spent together was not long enough. I wanted her with me forever. I tried hard to think of her needs. In the few hours we had left I realized I had to set my pain aside, and with an open heart, fill her last moments of breath with nothing but love and honoring the process of death. I could do nothing else but support her. Was it hard to separate that I too was dying in those moments? Yes. Looking into her eyes I knew taking on the role of the predator was the only gift I could give her. Walking the fine line of balance in both of us, giving and receiving was a challenge. In all her pain, she had decided she wanted to stay. Yet again, she was giving so selflessly her love. I had to ask her heart and mine if that served her best. The answer was “No.” The veterinarian came and we said goodbye. Her time in this body was over.

The decision we make with our own animals as to when their time on earth is through becomes part of our responsibility. Chris gave up living and dying as her ancestors once did, she could not wander off and die. I chose to become a predator, and release her from her pain, her physical situation would not have improved. Her giving would have come at to high a cost. Her death would have been excruciating. For some that is not the case, and they are able to die on their own.

From one perspective, our animals gained longer life spans. From another perspective, they have begun dying from diseases related to living in our world. There are pros and cons in both directions of their coming to be our companions and living in our world. We created a life removed from nature and its cycles.

In our daily life many of us have become removed from the balance and cycle of life. We work inside buildings, only being outside on weekends. We have access to all types of fruits and vegetables 12 months a year. We fear death, pain, and loss. We are no longer tied to the rhythm of nature and the earth. The cycle of prey/predator is foreign. We are not part of the food chain. Our role in life and death is not something we consciously are aware of. We have come to believe we are superior in the life cycle process and not part of it. As did our animals, so we too gave away and gained in urbanization. We are all a part of the life cycle of the earth, not superior to it, not separate from it, but a part of it.

Our animals view leaving their bodies differently than many humans do. Domesticated animals retain a closer acceptance of death than their human companions do. They accept, living, and dying in the balance of nature, and knowing they are part of the “cycle of life.” With understanding as well as release, and acceptance on the part of the care giver, the animal leaves the earth with and from an open heart.

When we know in our hearts it is time to say goodbye to our dearest friend, it is human nature to try and change it, grieve it, and even deny it. I selfishly wanted Chris with me forever. No one wants to say goodbye. No one wants to let go of a best friend, a confidant, a selfless companion. Grieving is part of the emotional process. It is part of the cycle

Releasing what is best for us, and embracing what is best for them, is always a choice. Knowing the answer to what that choice is, is found in the heart. When the time came for me to say goodbye to Chris, I could have prolonged it, but that would have been for me. But each dying process is different. There is no rule to follow, or formula to gauge when to let go, or even how to let go. Each situation brings different choices.

My mare, Chris, let me know she was grateful I assisted her. That the cycle of love could not be broken, it would go on forever. Loving to the depths of our mutual being, to the places we traveled and grew, will forever be a part of our spirits. I experienced the purity of love with Chris. It was worth it all.

Each animal in our life brings lessons, challenges, and the purity of their love and spirit. What a gift we give to each other and to ourselves, when we say goodbye, filled and surrounded by love.

Post Cycle Therapy Primer

Post cycle therapy (PCT) is a must for maximum benefits from any prohormone or steroid cycle! Anabolic steroids are the synthetic derivatives of the naturally occurring male anabolic hormone testosterone. Testosterone is a hormone that is responsible for the secondary sex characteristics you see in males such as deep voice, body hair etc. Anabolic-androgenic steroids , hormones that boost muscle anabolism , have been used by professional and recreational athletes for decades. Periods of AAS use , referred to as steroid cycles , are employed to generate greater increases in strength and muscle hypertrophy .

PCT’s are used to come off of a cycle of a (prohormone/prosteroid/anabolic-androgenic steroid) cycle. A PCT’s function is not only to help maintain gains, but to bring your body back to where it would naturally be, or as close to that as possible, help prevent rebound effects, and control some of the other ‘bad’ effects a cycle can create. Post-cycle therapy will start the day after you stop taking your testosterone enhancers.

Hormone levels want to be in a precise balance, which includes the testosterone/estrogen balance. Many pro-hormones claim that their products cannot aromatize, thus leading you to a conclusion that you do not need to worry about estrogen. Hormones are powerful chemical messengers and should always be treated as such to avoid unwanted results.

Estrogen as well inhibits the production of natural testosterone, and in the period between the return of natural testosterone and the end of a cycle, a lot of mass is lost. So its in everybody’s best interest to bring back natural test as soon as humanly possible.

Clomid and Nolvadex will reduce the post-cycle estrogen, so that the hypothalamus is stimulated to regenerate natural testosterone production in the body. That’s basically how the mechanism works, nothing more, nothing less. Clomid and Nolvadex are both anti-estrogens belonging to the same group of triphenylethylene compounds. They are structurally related and specifically classified as selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs) with mixed agonistic and antagonistic properties.

Estrogen and its side effects can also be controlled by using an aromatase inhibitor such as Aromasin, Femara and Arimidex during cycles including aromatizing AAS. Prolactin and its side effects can be controlled by using an anti Prolactin such as Cabergoline (Dostinex) or Bromocriptine (Parodel) during cycles containing nandrolones. Estrogen rebound is tough on a guy. Lost gains are sometimes even tougher to take. Proper post cycle therapy can control both of these issues.

Post cycle therapies are necessary and should not in any way be taken lightly. When starting a cycle, you should always know your PCT and have it lined up ahead of time.
