Quick and easy set-up. Does NOT have realistic resistance. If you are serious about getting conditioning that carries out to the road or trail this is NOT the trainer for you.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the M-Wave indoor bike trainer. At first, I was a little apprehensive, but after receiving it, and using it,I felt I made the right choice.
